Bio
Dr.Ratikant Bhaskar is a scholar of Finance who recently earned a PhD from the Department of Management Studies and Industrial Engineering at the esteemed Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India. The focus of Dr. Bhaskar's doctoral research is “The Impact of CEO Characteristics on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Evidence from Emerging Economy.” This insightful study contributes to the understanding of the complex interplay between CEO attributes and Corporate Social Responsibility, particularly within the dynamic context of emerging economies. Prior to obtaining the PhD, Dr. Bhaskar demonstrated academic excellence by qualifying for the UGC-NET in May 2017. Additionally, he holds a Master's in Commerce (Finance) from Banaras Hindu University. The academic journey also includes a Bachelor's in Commerce [B.com (H)] from the University of Delhi. He has completed his senior secondary education at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Muzaffarpur, Bihar, and his higher secondary education at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Gopalganj, Bihar. He also contributes to the field of research as a reviewer for several reputed journals, such as Emerging Market Finance and Trade, Economic Analysis and Policy, Financial Innovation, Business Perspective, and Research, and the International Journal of Business and Finance.
